Newly Diagnosed with Vasculitis - Need Advice!

Hello I’m new and i have been diagnosed w Vasculitis im not sure which type or types but im having alot of crazy symptoms I desperately need help and advice!!! Thank you!! Nice to meet you!!

I was originally diagnosed with urticarial vasculitis, which I believe it is, but the rheumatologist saysmy symptoms don't match, but according to research they do, he just says he hasn't determined the type

I've been diagnosed, but they don't know which one it is yet. I've just been referred to yet another specialist. I'm in a flare right now, I've also lost the sight in my right eye due to a haemorrhage caused by this awful disease, it's also started on my lungs and kidneys
