Newly Diagnosed with Pancreatitis: Experiencing Strange Symptoms

Hi I'm new here and and was recently diagnosed with pancreatitis last night at the hospital. I have no pain and have no idea anything was Wrong other than I started having a strange warm flushing feeling starting at my neck and going down my body. I also have high blood pressure and recently started taking medication for that and it seems to be helping. The flushing feeling comes with tingling and a very weird sensation in my body, But other than that I've been relatively healthy and never experienced anything like this before. Is this something you experienced with pancreatitis?

These symptoms have never happened to me with my chronic pancreatitis. 😥

thanks for the response. I went to my primary doctor today and i think i may have been misdiagnosed at the hospital. My lipase level was only 125...so..?? And no pain or anything else except that weird hot tingly feeling i mentioned. We're going to check my level again in 3 weeks. Doc says the elevated lipase could be from high triglycerides or something I ate. ???
