Hi I'm new here and and was recently diagnosed with pancreatitis last night at the hospital. I have no pain and have no idea anything was Wrong other than I started having a strange warm flushing feeling starting at my neck and going down my body. I also have high blood pressure and recently started taking medication for that and it seems to be helping. The flushing feeling comes with tingling and a very weird sensation in my body, But other than that I've been relatively healthy and never experienced anything like this before. Is this something you experienced with pancreatitis?

@Fergie your liver could have been mad at you for something you ate. I have liver disease also, and sensations can come with that.

These symptoms have never happened to me with my chronic pancreatitis. š„
@Alice_Marie thanks for the response. I went to my primary doctor today and i think i may have been misdiagnosed at the hospital. My lipase level was only 125...so..?? And no pain or anything else except that weird hot tingly feeling i mentioned. We're going to check my level again in 3 weeks. Doc says the elevated lipase could be from high triglycerides or something I ate. ???
