Newly Diagnosed with Multiple Health Issues

Hi! Recently diagnosed with RLS, anemia, B12 deficiency. History of digestive issues, pmdd, heavy bleeding, low vitamin d. Borderline on my thyroid numbers my whole life and never treated. Also GAD with more recent struggles with depression. Interested to learn more from all of you.

Have your doctor check what your Iron Ferriten (where your body's Iron is stored) number is. In anyone with RLS it needs to be well over 100. If it's not then you can take iron tablets or get iron infusions if it's really low. 60% of people with RLS benefit from raising their Iron Ferriten levels.
