Newer Anti-Coagulants for APS Treatment?

When first diagnosed with APS in 2019 I was placed on Eliquis. Then after doing my own research it said only Coumadin is approved for APS although there are a couple poorly funded studies into using new Gen Anti-Coagulants with APS (don't require labwork) Anyone with APS aware of the newer ones being prescribed at all? Thanks!

I have been following this too. I am continuing to have terrible clot related symptoms on apixaban and I want to switch to a k antagonist but my doctor doesn't support it. I'm curious why so many of us are put on apixaban?

to the best of my knowledge and research I've done in my own the only medication that's approved for anti phospholipid syndrome is Warfarin. I started on Eliquis and while it's so much easier to manage from the doctor and patient end of things (no labs needed) its 1. Not yet approved for APS therapy *still undergoing study and 2. When taking Coumadin for APS home testing is very risky due to false positive and negatives so I go to the lab for an INR monthly.
