New to the site, looking to connect with others

Me too. ✋ My 20-year-old son for the first time seemed to hear what I was saying last night about my weight and needing to lose weight to get hip replacement and at my age and weight I feel like I'll just be dead before that ever happens. Anyway he suggested this and tell me how to load it. I'm just watching and trying to figure out how to use it. Wanted to say something as I don't want to give up and I want to encourage any of you your new as well to not give up and keep in touch even if it's just a word or two. Something's got to give I'm alone in an apartment and I go to work and back every day and things are feeling hopeless.
