      Look up “stress dosing”. You should keep a hydrocortisone injectable in case you are vomiting and cannot keep down meds.

      I’ve been to hospital several times already with severe abdominal pains idk if it related and I’m so tire behind tire this is so overwhelming to me

      I am 63 and had my adrenal gland’s removed when I was 19. Since then I went to college, had 2 kids and I have worked full time as a nurse since then. Be sure to take meds everyday. It becomes a problem if you get gastroenteritis and cannot keep meds down. Do injection and go to emergency room. (Or just go to emergency room). I’ve had multiple surgeries and never had a problem (always get extra cortisone). You can live a normal life as long as you replace your missing steroids!
