It’s controllable. Walk everyday to get exercise. Talk to your cardiologist and tell them how far you can walk and what chores you do at home. Grow flowers or vegetables because there is no place nearer to God than your garden. The medicines help so much. Always take your medicines. Buy a pill organizer for your medications. Be happy. Love your family and yourself. Thank God every morning you wake up. 🙏

I would suggest writing in a journal. This helped me when I first found out. It was a way that I coped with the life changes. I also found taking small walks around the block and working in my garden to be helpful as well. Only do what your body will allow you to do. Don't ever over do yourself. Each day is a new task in itself
