      Hey. I don't have pcos but I do get cysts often. I recommend looking into funk it seed cycling. It definitely helps with your cycle.

        @RandiJean Hey, is it ovarian cysts you get? I've never heard of funk it seed cycling, can you tell me more about it?

          @Darby33 yea. I have a history of getting cysts and them rupturing. Seed cycling is pretty easy. You take two tablespoons of seeds (pumpkin+flax) the first 14 days of your cycle. And two tablespoons of the other seeds (sesame and sunflower) day 15-28.

          @Darby33 I like to mix them with oatmeal and strawberries or chocolate. I just started but so far I love it.

      I've definitely noticed I feel less tired, less moody with them. I've only been taking them for 1 month. And my cycle is still irregular(every 50 days ish).
