New to the App and Hoping for Relief from IBS-C and Chronic Pelvic Pain
Hey, I just started this app so I'm just a little bit nervous. I'm 21 years old and I have pretty bad IBS-C with chronic Pelvic Pain that could kill a moose... I eat one wrong thing and I'm unable to sleep, and unable to use my legs because the pain is so bad. I'm hoping this app can help me learn how to better care for myself with the multitude of conditions I have, and I hope I can help others too.
