Also found this app through an ad lol. I don't mind doctors appointments usually other than they take up time and I have to talk to strangers. I switched over to video calls for my psychiatrist and surprisingly I prefer it, it's nice to stay at home and not have to drive. It sucks that you can only do telehealth with mainly psychiatrists and therapists though ;-; Feel free to pm me if you'd like 🙂

I have social anxiety as well. It took me awhile to see a doctor. One of the things that helped me was writing things out. That way if I get nervous, I can hand my doctor my current meds, concerns, etc.

I've had extreme social anxiety for most of my life and I also have depression. I don't feel like i have a lot of people that understand it. But you're not alone. I'd love to be your friend ❤️
