Im not officially diagnosed with depression but ive been told by multiple docs to seek a diagnosis. I dont have the energy or time with how much I do to control my asthma. Probably not my best choice

Yep. Same here plus some. 💕 not very fun.. Seems like one thing gets better then the others get worse.
