New here and struggling with IIH symptoms

✋ every pressure change, up or down, is rough. Sorry you've been having such a tough time, but I hope it helps knowing you are not at all alone with this ❤️ One day at a time. Conserve your spoons and listen to your body when it says you're out of spoons, lay down and recoup. I recommend not pushing through it. To me that makes it even worse once I do lay down

I swear I feel every single cloud in the sky. My head is the worst when cold/warm fronts are coming in or when a storm is brewing. My meds won't even bring my pressure down until it starts raining and the atmospheric pressure shifts.
