New here, struggling with depression and anxiety

hey yall im new here! i’ve never been diagnosed, but i have been experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety, and ocd traits for a few years now. i don’t agree with self diagnosing, but i’ve never been able to go to a therapist, these are just some things i struggle with. hoping to find others who feel the same as me!

I used to feel this way before I got any diagnosis. I didn't have the opportunity to see a therapist. I just kept trying to validate my feelings. You know yourself better than anyone and so if you feel like something is off, listen to it and know that your feelings are real and valid. I wish you luck ❤️

I agree with @Strawberry_Swisher You know yourself the best. Self diagnosing isn't bad. It's just what you have to do until you can get a diagnostic. I self diagnosed myself with ADHD for months until I could finally take the test and turns out I have it. My self diagnostic was just how I explained to myself that it wasn't that I wasn't trying hard enough. I have a ligament reason that things are hard
