Hello! I'm new here. Not really sure how this works. I'm a 34 yr old female and have struggled with anxiety and depression for most of my life. I have a horrible time driving places and holding down a job.

I’m 35 and struggle with anxiety as well. It’s the hardest thing in the world to me. It feels all consuming sometimes. Last week was a really good week but last few days have been hard.
