Vertigo is so frustrating! A little warning it was coming would be nice 😊

Just saw the post about vertigo.. I have this as well mainly when I lay down. I have to lay still and take a slow deep inhale thru my nose and long exhale thru my mouth. Works every time...just wish it would STAY away
