      Hello!! I’m type 1 also! I don’t have any family w type 1 or any close friends who have it so I’m trying to reach out to others who can understand the struggle haha ! Have you found anything to be super useful in management of your blood sugar levels?

        @Aves_Elise i have a cgm (dexcom) and an insulin pump (omnipod) and it’s soooo much easier. i basically eat whatever i want still, and just try to count my carbs as best as i can. exercising when i can, and just trying my best with all of that. how long have you been diabetic?

          @ladybear25 I was diagnosed in August of 2021 so I haven’t had my diagnosis for long. The endocrinologist thinks it’s been going on for a while though as well as my new primary care doctor. I didn’t even realize that what I was going through wasn’t the normative! I thought everybody experienced it haha! How long have you been diabetic?

        @AlexXavier in 2019, when i was 20 years old. the same exact thing happened to my great uncle which is crazy, but i’m pretty sure it’s because i had an invasive kidney surgery which caused my pancreas to call it quits 😅
