Starting New Depression Treatment: Ketamine Nasal Spray

I start a new treatment for my depression at the end f this month it’s the new ketamine nasal spray, they discovered I am resistant to antidepressants, I just hope this treatment works for me it’s going to last for 8 weeks as of now, insurance is covering the medicine but I still have copay and gas to get back and forth to the facility, please keep me in your thoughts and prayers as I start this new journey, I am kinda nervous.

Sending gentle thoughts and prayers to you. You’re doing the best you can, and prioritizing your mental health is commendable. Be kind to yourself and make sure to treat yourself too! When I started seeing a new therapist I’d go get a latte after, which gave me a boost, and made every appointment positive for me because I knew there was a short term reward after (and the long term reward of better MH). 💕
