Today’s not too bad got 7 1/2 hours sleep I got my new CPAP machine. I’ve been using it for about a month or so it’s been helping me out. I feel a lot better than I felt before I had an old machine wasn’t doing too good but luckily, I had one my mother-in-law gave it to me, she’s a sweetheart. God bless her just feel a little jittery jittery. I don’t know if anyone ever feels that way maybe it’s my meds I take meds for depression, anxiety blood blood pressure meds a little everything but in pretty good spirits today feel pretty good.
