Neuropathy came back with Omnipod Insulin System

I forgot to mention in my profile that I also suffer with neuropathy. I stopped having problems with it once I got my blood glucose under control once I started using the insulin pen. But it came back once I started using the Omnipod Insulin system and stopped using the pen. My blood glucose is still being controlled with it but I don't understand why my neuropathy came back when I got on the Omnipod System. Can anyone explain why?

I have no idea. I have it along with many things. Right now I’m on metformin and a new one that is a heart failure med. this is pretty new for me. My neuropathy isn’t as bad as it was but it is still there. I’ve got retinopathy and macular edema as a result of the high blood sugar. Getting eye injections now. Plus I’ve got heart failure and hypothyroidism and other things
