Dealing with Neuropathy: Freezing Feet

with the neuropathy does anybody find that their feet feel like they are freezing all the time. no matter what I do my feet feel so cold, but they are warm to the touch and they hurt so bad. does anybody have any recommendations that may help?

I have the opposite problem, they feel like they're burning but they're usually cold. It feels like they're so hot they're also cold. Not a pleasant sensation. Not sure what would help though

My feet alternate between freezing and burning. I take gummies for the burning and exercise when they are freezing!
