Struggling with Neurological Symptoms - Has Anyone Else Experienced This?

Hi everyone, I have been struggling recently with painful pins and needles (parasthesia) I started getting them around early 2021. Started with my fingertips, but now it’s everywhere at random times of the day. I will get pins and needles on my legs, my back and/or my face! I also experience brain fog time to time as well. Not sure if they are related to eachother. But I have had three MRI’s, an EEG and extensive blood work done and the neurologist said everything came back fine. I don’t think the body just does this without a reason. Anyone else struggle similarly and has gotten further in their health journey? Thanks
