I feel you on the uncontrollable moods and relationships, but honestly I think the only person really judging you is yourself. Recently I've been doing my best to just be myself in any situation and also forgiving myself and showing lots of self love and practicing gratitude and it's been helping. Hope this helps you too ❤️👍
