Nervous about starting Wellbutrin

I haven’t had any bad symptoms either but everyone is different! I think it’s at least worth a shot because you can always stop taking it.

I definitely agree with everyone here too, I've been on 150 mg of wellbutrin for almost 6 years now and its truly been the one thing that's really helped me. I haven't had any bad side effects at all.

I've got to say that of all the medicines I've been on, Wellbutrin probably has the least side effects. It got me out of my depression and increased my libido. You could take it on a Friday morning or when you don't have work/plans for the next couple of days so you can see how it affects you.

I've been taking it and Cymbalta, as well as a bunch of other meds, for years and the only thing Wellbutrin did was helped curb my appetite and keep me less depressed.

you would have to pry my wellbutrin out of my cold, dead hands! i’ve been taking 300mg for the past three years with other meds and i’ve never had any side effects. it works great for me and i’ll probably be on it for life, or until something better is developed. there’s always a chance of side effects from any med, but there’s just no way to know until you try it.

I'm currently taking 100mg of wellbutrin twice a day and haven't had any side effects. It's been helping me a lot. I actually asked to switch back to it from the duloxetine my last Dr had me on, and it's been a month and it's helped my depression without causing mania. I hope it helps you also.

When I started taking it the side effects were not terrible I only had nausea until I went up to a specific dose then I got tremors and seizures as well. Had to go down a dose but honestly worth it, it has helped me so much

I take 150mg of Wellbutrin with 30mg of Lexapro and a couple other meds, and it has been great for me. My doctor explained as in the way that Lexapro makes your brain make serotonin, Wellbutrin makes your brain accept the serotonin. The only side effect I've had from it is an increased libido, but that's not a bad thing for me at least.
