Nervous About Medical Tests Tomorrow

i have a tilt table test, a breath test, and a sweat test all scheduled for tomorrow morning and my anxiety is going through the roof. I’m rlly glad to be able to get these tests but i am soooo nervous. any advice or just your experience with any of these tests????

Oooh is it a QSART, the sweat test? Just curious because at least in this state hardly anyone has heard of them they're so new but it provided the most definitive evidence of my neuropathy. Not sure what else would be helpful to say other than that none of those tests were too taxing at least on my body.

I haven’t done any of these, but I’m sure you’ll do great! Just do your best to breathe through it all and let them know when you’re reaching your limit.
