I have an LESI injection tomorrow in my back, L4-L5. I'm starting to get nervous... I'm being sedated for it. Did anyone have to stay at the hospital after getting an LESI? they make it sound like that could happen. Should I bring a prepared overnight bag and leave it in the car just in case? all the instructions say regarding this is "DO NOT bring in an overnight bag or post-operative walker into the building during check in. Have someone bring them in after you have gone up to your room"

@enbypup thank you for replying. Did they put you under anesthesia?

      Hello, how was your epidural?

@Susie949 The procedure went well! I didn't stay in the hospital at all. It was a super quick procedure, and I've had like 4-5 since this post. However, the medicine didn't help me as much as we hoped it would.

There is no specific information provided about staying at the hospital after an LESI injection. However, it's a good idea to bring a prepared overnight bag and leave it in the car just in case, as the instructions suggest having someone bring your belongings after you have gone up to your room if needed.
