Dealing with a Nerve Injury in My Left Wrist

I have had a nerve injury in my left wrist for a bit over a year now at least. I never saw a doctor for it, and tried to heal it from home. it's still usually numb.

Hi, I suggest that if the treatment at home did not help, go to the doctor to check. There may be inflammation of the joints or a more complex systemic disease that requires further investigation, moreover if it did not go away spontaneously.
