i am so scared of needles going into veins. i’m on a medication for another condition that i inject 3x a week and i’m fine with that because it just a fatty area. but veins? absolutely not. long story short, i’m getting an infusion, which is me sitting there with an iv for a few hours. i wanna know if any of you guys have strategies for trypanophobia? they would be very much appreciated <3
