Needle-like Bowel Pain and Burning Sensation

I just started experiencing a very needle like sharp pain when I try to pass bowel movements…and then a few minutes after I’m done it just feels like my hit is on fire and it hurts a lot…this pain could last anywhere from 9-10 hours if I don’t sit on any flat surface and possibly the whole day if I happen to sit down. So every time I use the toilet now it basically renders me useless for that day…does anyone have a solution to this

We are literally in the same place. my pain has been so bad as of lately i missed an entire week of work because it hurts so much to move. I just literally used the restroom and i cry everytime(everyday this week has been a nightmare) find a remedy. Take nice warm baths with a splash of epson salt. That usually get me back to normal after a bowel movement.(it hurts but ill clean myself up then get in the tub)
