I know this is very stupid to say, but sometimes it would be nice to be able to cry it out 😕

I've had this a lot lately too. I've had multiple weeks in a row where I needed to cry and I just had to wait until late at night when I was tired and watch a bunch of sad videos to make myself cry. It's not stupid and you're not alone. So many of us have been there

I understand what you mean it's like the pain is there but the emotions are trapped inside and you aren't able to express it

@roselyn I'm sorry you feel this way and hope things get better for you. I have been there so many times

@901Snoop thanks, but I can't Idk how to explain it. I can't cry easily anymore. I just feel very empty. It sucks.

@Jaejae I always called it a numbness but your not numb, you feel pain you just cannot express the emotions in a way that makes sense.

Sometimes a good cry is almost cleansing, if that makes sense. Being on medication doesn’t let crying come easily though. I would recommend talking to a trusted friend or medical professional about what you’re feeling.

@Las7983 I know I try but I feel like I'm invalid. I can't cry anymore it just doesn't come out I just feel empty if that makes sense

I do take medicine but I think that's it's good to cry it out but not in public probably to someone who you trust privately like parents or something

@LeeAnn_Ferraro ik, but I literally can't cry anymore I'm just empty

As thankful as I am for the benefits I get from medication, the not crying as easily part is not always helpful.

@GiraffeChix very true. I always feel like if I could cry people could see how I feel but instead I'll just sit here looking sad. It doesn't gave the same effect. Plus crying just gets some of that negative emotion out!

@k8lynt exactly. I hate when this happens sm bro

@GiraffeChix I don't even have meds, it's just idk how to explain. It's hard to cry anymore if I do it doesn't even last 5 minutes
