Need Some Encouragement Today

I’m looking for someone to congratulate me on getting out of bed today. My stomach is churning at the thought of leaving my apartment, but churns at the thought of sitting here in my own mind, too. I feel super demotivated and am dreading everything. But I got out of bed!!!

Yay you! It can be a feat sometimes just swinging your legs over the side of the bed. So you're doing great! I find on these days, finding the motivation to make/heat/open food is the goal. Good on you! Anything else is just icing on the cake. Congrats deary!

Congrats!!! Being mentally ill makes getting up a challenge, and you overcame it! It's okay if today is a stay at home day, it's okay if you just wear some comfy clothes, play some video games, and order food delivery 🥰 Personally I've been having a rough week so I'm taking a chill day, but decided to get some fresh air by treating myself to a Wawa Chips Ahoy cappuccino 😋
