Does anyone have tension and pain that runs from both sides of your neck into your clavicles?

I'd also advise getting an MRI and EMG to rule out degeneration and nerve impingement in the area that could be the source of the pain.

Yes, that is my main problem area. I do physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, and trigger point injections. I also take medications and use medical marijuana as well as supplements, heating pad, and massager at home.

Yes, dry needling at physical therapy and neck stretching exercises do wonders. Also the cupping massage is great too, you can buy the cups on amazon.. they look kinda like a bell, you can squeeze them to get the appropriate suction.

100% usually stress. I have a neck massager that has heat that really helps or an ice pack that wraps around
