Tips for Managing Neck Pain with Cervical Instability/DDD and Vertigo

if anyone has any tips for helping neck pain with cervical instability/DDD with vertigo please let me know! i got diagnosed with this recently and i’m still trying to find a way to add physical therapy to my busy schedule as a student. until then, i have to figure out some at home routine. also, for people who also have this, i want to know if it would be overkill for me to get a neck brace on days i feel extra pain, or is it a good idea?

You can do Plasma or PRP for your neck pain , I did it and it helped me tremendously. I recommend First to go to a neurologist and have an MRI done .

Get a good sports bra. I recommend racetrack style that zips up. I like my Under Armor one I got from a sporting goods store. Look for one that's tight around so it's holding your chest there rather than your shoulders. KT tape. And if you have to a neck brace but don't use it too much it can make your muscles weaker.

Hi! I had ACDF surgery for this and I found that on extra ouchy days my brace was my best friend. I don’t think that’s overkill at all! Good for you for looking for PT! That could really help!!!
