Yes, especially if alters only know how to do specific chores! I have to schedule fronting when I need to do chores

You have to understand I changed my name (I have a pen name) to protect my family and changed everyone’s name knowing that some were still alive

that's fantastic. We want to write a book too. But so many are scared to because the bad people who made it all happen are still alive. We have children and want to keep them safe and don't want to risk their safety. You guys are so brave to write a book about it.

Personally I find DID makes working easier for me but the ADHD is what distracts the most.

Very, at random times others will pop out and say weird or inappropriate things. The only reason I know something has happened is by the looks on their face 😳 so working is next to impossible for us.
