Navigating Polyamory: My Journey with Multiple Partners

I’m in a poly relationship trio and I just got back from being in the mental hospital for a few weeks. I came back yesterday and a lot has changed. Because of my absence, I’ve unintentionally drifted from them and felt like they’ve gotten closer. There’s been a lot of confusion. But with that comes a lot of opportunity and will to communicate with each other. You’re not alone, you got this!!! :)

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your partner 💜 I recently came out as polyamorous, but my current partner doesn't understand.

I’m poly too, but only with one person right now. Losing a partner sucks, but having all of that love in a relationship really is incredible. Make sure that you make use of the wonderful support system that healthy poly relationships can be. Your partners are here for you and love you, and you can feel free to talk to me if you need to vent to someone outside of the relationship as well. Just know I’m not always super quick to respond because of my ADHD lol
