Navigating Normal Anxiety vs. My Own Anxiety

I'm having trouble figuring out what is ' normal people ' anxiety and my anxiety getting the better of me. does anyone experience something simular?

Ha! Yeah. Despite my anxiety disorder being identified years ago and the continual affirmation that I have severe anxiety I still freak out because I wonder if what if everyone feels this way and I just am mentally too weak to be able to live with it like everyone else. Anxiety throws you into this positive feedback cycle where once you start going down this thought trail you can’t stop and it only seems to get worse.

I experience that! Then I sit and overthink how I'm feeling which just makes me even more anxious and I spiral a bit! I've really been struggling with that line while on medication, wondering if this is normal anxiety or if I need more or less or what. Good luck sorting it out!
