heyy, I'm here to talk about my ADHD journey, I've been diagnosed fairly recently and still haven't gotten a hang of what parts of my daily life are actually just ADHD symptoms. how are you navigating this stuff?

It is definitely an eye-opener once you get diagnosed! The more research you do, the more things start to make sense. I recommend keeping a journal of symptoms and feelings throught the day. You can talk to a doctor, therapist, exc to get a better underatanding of these symptoms. This can also be helpful for trying new meds/stimulants. You can see how it affects you in your everyday life. At the end of the day, just take things slow and figure out what works best for you, because everyone is different!

it’s hard sometimes, to know what’s my adhd and what’s just normal, and sometimes it blends. it’s different for everyone though, just takes time to figure it out
