      I have diagnosed RA and suspected hEDS. Mostly I just have to be really careful about how I move and any physical work I do. When something isn't healing like it should, I make an appointment to the doctor to get it treated and usually have to do physical therapy. It's definitely possible, you just have to be more cautious than most

        @CaridadMia it’s ehlers danlos syndrome-hypermobility basically my body is super bendy and my connective tissues are stretchy.
