Navigating Government Benefits Programs for Financial Assistance
Does anyone use any government benefits program to help with rental payment, getting unemployment benefits and other money-related issues? I am literally overwhelmed with so much information online, dozens of programs, but most of which are not even up to date. There are lots of resources that double each other and sometimes even contradicts. So is there any common central place for getting help, that is 100% reliable and up to date? I’m interested mostly in New York, but also in California as well? (hope to move there soon).
