Struggling with Severe Acne for Over a Decade

Hi, I'm a 25 year old active/healthy male that has been struggling with severe acne since 8th grade and over a decade now. I've sacrificed, done, followed and used what's got to be just about everything out there in the fight for free and calm skin. I've been on Accutane and just about everything a dermatologists recommends and offers. I'm also big on natural and organic remedies and solutions and have explored a hand full of helathy alternitves. Still the plague of acne prevails. I'm 25 with an imprisoned self esteem, because what I've seen in the mirror for over 10 years is In fact not who I really am. The pain it's caused is physical, but more so psychological, and the damage it's caused will be a burden for a life time. I'm open to any insight, help, ideas, solutions, conversations, etc. Thank you.🙏🏼
