Hii :) I was wondering how y’all help the nausea??

      I do 3 things. 1: I distract myself. This can be watching a movie, going on the internet, or listening to music. 2: I eat smaller, more frequent meals. So less food at once. I suggest eating light bland foods like bread, crackers, rice, bananas, apples, and potatoes. Avoid fried, greasy, spicy, or sweet foods. 3: I take regular sips of cold water. But drink slowly, don't chug. Peppermint tea works too apparently, I never tried it though. Stay hydrated and avoid carbonated drinks. Ginger ale seems to help me as well though, that's the only carbonated drink I'd recommend during nausea, it's because of the ginger.
