I’ve been really nauseous the past 24 hours, but I also wake up some mornings feeling nauseous. Anyone have anything that helps when they feel nauseous?
My first step is to check in with my body! Have I taken my meds today? When was the last time I ate or drank something? Am I feel anxious about anything? The majority of the time, answering these questions and dealing with them have also helped me deal with the nausea 💕
I personally drink body armor, it helps my nausea and my fiancees nausea a lot. Next this i do is shower and drink water. Beyond that, taking it slow and eating small snacks throughout the day is what i do
I used to wake up nauseous... But I realized it helps to eat something light (like a small snack) before bed OR just have some crackers or something small by your bedside when you wake up.
It could be your anxiety, depression, or your hormones acting up... If it worries you then I would seek a medical doctor. I hope this helps! 💕
Ginger capsules. I think it’s like 1500mg. I take them at night and my nausea is WAY WAY better. I used to not be able to sleep through the night because I would be getting up running to the bathroom thinking I’m going to throw up. Doesn’t happen anymore. And yea lots of crackers is always good.
