I take phenergan and meclizine regularly. Zofran is great but not ideal if you have intestinal dysmotility like I do. There are other meds that can help with nausea by improving motility (mestinon, reglan, motegrity, domperidone). Do you know the reason your doctors said only benadryl?

Phenergan. However, it causes drowsiness. Onadesteron works the best.

Reglan, zofran, and Phenergan. My Phenergan works best in my tube or IV, zofran ODT, and tbh reglan never did anything for me nausea-wise. Never heard of benadryl being used for that!

Promethazine for day to day, zofran for extreme nausea as needed
