I would try to eat smaller meals during the day. I would also try softer foods like mashed potatoes. This way your stomach doesn’t have to work hard to digest things.

Try drinking protein shakes or smoothies to get nutrition instead of solid food, I can tolerate that better when nauseous! Also eating a sour candy or peppermint helps me most times too. As far as meds I take zofran.
