I’ve been following a Mediterranean diet, lost 11 pounds and use ( whole Earth erythritol plant based sugar alternative) instead of sugar ,lots of green tea , no fast food especially French fries, no cakes cookies or pies.. I eat an avocado a day .. yes I know it sounds hard but you will start to feel so much better I get my blood work June 1 as of right now my total cholesterol is 220 and triglycerides are 400 Doctor is confident with my diet change and weight loss it will be lower. I will keep you updated. I chose this path because I wanted to do things the natural way and not get on statins

Cholesterol can be lowered by taking the avocado seed, if you’re looking for a natural way, which is what I go for. I take the avocado seed a little dry I’ll take that first dry skin off I put it in a litter of water I cut it in pieces and I take it in the morning on an empty stomach and I take it at night before I go to bed and I also supplemented with omega three my cholesterol was 280 anyone down to 187 they also sell the leaves of avocado at the store and I put some in the water as well. 😊

green tea is proven to boost metabolic rate, therefore is a fat burner. It also may decrease the risk of colorectal, breast, and prostate cancers. Enter "green tea health benefits" in your web browser to find out about more benefits. Matcha green tea is even more potent because it uses the entire leaf.
