      Take vitamin C too, it helps iron absorption (I'm not supposed to get iron bc I overload it so I'm told not to have vitamin C either.) Also avoid tea because it inhibits iron absorption.

      Cooking with cast iron pans, and plant fusion has a great plant based iron pill too

        @Jazs yes! I do this. I was told also to cook with can't iron as much as possible.
