Beans, peas, lentils, quinoa, tofu, dried apricots, cashews, leafy greens, broccoli, dark chocolate, pumpkin seeds, potatoes, tomatoes, bananas, avocados, bok choy, brussel sprouts, beets, fortified foods such as cereals on Ensure meal replacement.

Take vitamin C too, it helps iron absorption (I'm not supposed to get iron bc I overload it so I'm told not to have vitamin C either.) Also avoid tea because it inhibits iron absorption.

yes! I do this. I was told also to cook with can't iron as much as possible.
