Natural Supplements for CPTSD and Fibromyalgia

I suffer with CPTSD. Also Fibromyalga. Is there any natural supplements to take, or anything that can improve my mental, and physical heath?

Medical cannabis made my PTSD much more manageable. With it I feel like I can connect with people instead of existing near them and I'm much calmer riding in the car- a lot of my trauma took place in a car.

I take prescription meds for my C-PTSD and fibro; as far as supplements, I take Ashwagandha and L-Thianine for my anxiety and turmeric for pain.

turmeric is good for inflammation and various teas are fantastic for stress (consistency is key!) I know everyone says that but i’ve had great luck with oolong

Weed, if it's not legal by you I suggest the legal loophole which is the Delta 8 strain of weed 💚 I take it before bed to stop my flashbacks so I can actually sleep.

My heart goes out to you. I also have both and it's a mental, emotional, and physical nightmare. I've gotten the best relief from cannabis and therapy(for the C-PTSD). My inbox is always open.
