Someone else just asked this exact question as well. ☺️ Ashwaganda can help some people Sometimes Vitamin B if you have lower levels of it. The Elevated Mind from a company called Wild Wholistic is a natural/herd based supplement.

thank you. I’ve been taking a mental health probiotic for a little over a month. I think it may slightly be helping but still a little early to tell maybe. Anyway, I just like to hear about natural supps that have worked for people. I’ve tried a lot, haha. I took one SSRI recently & had a really bad time with it. Not sure if they’re for me. I’d love for something with little to no side effects to work for me. 😊

I have tried a few supplements But never stick with them long enough to know if they work. That’s my problem also I don’t follow through and makes my anxiety worse! I’m glad to read that others have the same problem as me.

omg, same here. I know some rake some time but I get to anxious for it to work so I either move on to something else or start taking multiple supps at a time & it kind makes it worse.

I use Calm ASAP, it's an herbal medicine and you take 3. It helps me so much whenever I feel a panic attack coming on.

I used to use weed to alleviate my anxiety, but I quit so now I use CBD products instead. I like to roll joints with cbd and lavender, and it gives me a nice relaxed feeling without getting high

I agree with mossyrock. I use CBD too. It helps to calm my nerves. But I still have to take Zoloft. I have real bad anger problems. I quit my Zoloft for a week and my mother and my daughter didn't want to be around me.

Well. I am still using ashwaganda by goli and I think It Is relaxing me. I have my two almost adult children taking it they said they feel more calm. Only four days In. We shall see. I also take Zoloft and Klonopin (I also skip and half my Klonopin often) just In case I want to ween off of It as I have tried a million times made It 10 days my last time and I thought I was In the clear (I was as far as the withdrawal but my anxiety was so scary) even more Intense. I don't not want to be in pills for ever. I do meditation try supplements walk deep breathe. Even with my meds I still worry about everything It has gotten better as I know many of my triggers and I have had to let go of people and say no a lot has helped but wish I were further In this so called journey. As many of us even though I have not been dx. I'm pretty sure I have ptst from childhood and many traumatic events In my adult life. I just never give up. I never try to use excuses just try and learn why I'm feeling what I am feeling at the moment and go from there. I hate this for sure. Hang It there and never stop trying to heal the body. Prayers

I agree with the CBD comments, it works amazingly well for anxiety and it pretty instant most of the time.

I take stress less by Olly , its gaba , l-theanine and lemon balm. When I’m having a harder day it takes the edge off. I take vitamin D, a mulit vitamin, fish oil and a probiotic with ashawaganda in it . Theres a lot of things that can cause anxiety including lack of vitamins and dehydration , I did a lot of research when the anxiety started last year. I had covid as well , ai feel like it did something to my brain but I know it wasn’t only that…

I seem to have symptoms like Dementia and my words are hard to get out of my mouth and I feel stupid. I am desperately scared. Eating is uncontrollable. I can't taste most things. I can't learn new things, I get frustrated and mad easily.

there are alot out there and it can be hard to find what works for you, but you will get there! I'd definitely check out Wild Wholistic if you get a chance. And it can take time for some things to work too. Dr Steven Cabral is a good functional medicine doc to look into. He has free podcasts and is pretty knowledgeable about natural health.

it does highlight depression but if you scroll down more on the page of the product it mentions anxiety, brain fog and I believe memory issues. I think its a good overall for stress, mood, anxiety, etc. I had my boyfriend take it for a month and it helped him with stress and helped him feel more chill. I had lab work done and that is giving me alot of answers about my anxiety. Breath work has helped alot too. Kate's Clean Life is another great go to for emotional work. She has helped me as well.
