I’m not sure what symptoms you’re experiencing but I saw your page mentioned you have insomnia so thought I’d share some ways to help on that end. For supplements of course melatonin is very helpful. I sometimes find benefit from essential oils. One I use to calm is Bergamot. Weighted blankets help my heart rate stay normal in bed so less anxiety and all that overwhelming feeling. If I have racing thoughts I find it helpful to keep a journal by my bed and write down everything I’m thinking so that it’s on paper. Otherwise I can’t sleep if I’m trying to remember something all night. Calming music on low volume is helpful. Of course keeping the room dark and quiet also helps. Making sure to use your bedroom for only relaxing activities like sleeping is also a good one to help with rest. If you’re don’t. Work in your room a lot it can make you associate it less with just its role of being the place you rest. Hope any of that is helpful for you!
