Natural remedies for menopause: Any success stories?
Hello, I’m new here I actually got diagnosed as menopausal today with a phone call. I told the doctor I don’t want anything but natural or herbal remedies. Has anyone out there had positive outcomes with just these two approaches.? Due to high cancer rates in our family doctor recommends no hormonal replacement therapy is for us.

I also come from a family of cancer but felt it was time to go on a low dose of Estradal. Transdermal route is safer. It’s been great I must say. Sleep better and anxiety is almost non existent and hot flashes are very mild

You might try Black Kohosh. Google it. I too wanted to go the natural way...but ended up having to take a very low dose of anxiety medication. 😊
