Hello, I’m new here I actually got diagnosed as menopausal today with a phone call. I told the doctor I don’t want anything but natural or herbal remedies. Has anyone out there had positive outcomes with just these two approaches.? Due to high cancer rates in our family doctor recommends no hormonal replacement therapy is for us.
