I buy colostrum and immunoglobulin drink powder. The colostrum I use is from Kion lean (reputable company) and IgG is from NuMedica. I mix into lukewarm coffee or water in the morning on an empty stomach so it absorbs better. There are also immunoglobulin or colostrum pills you can buy which are a lifesaver when traveling.
